Simple, healthy & creamy overnight oats. Perfect for the ones that don’t have time to eat breakfast or if you’re bored of plain old oats!

Ingredients
- ½ cup traditional oats
 - 1 tsp Kfibre
 - ½ cup milk of choice
 - ¼ cup Greek yoghurt
 - ½ tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 tbsp maple syrup
 - ¼ cup fresh raspberries
 - ½ sliced firm banana
 - 1 tbsp shredded coconut
 
Method
- Combine oats, Kfibre, milk, Greek yoghurt, vanilla and maple syrup in a container. Stir well.
 - Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
 - In the morning layer with fresh raspberries, sliced banana and shredded coconut.
 - To make this recipe low FODMAP, use lactose-free milk.
