Ingredients

  • 1¾ cups The Chia Co. Oats+Chia, Cacao+Coconut
  • ½ cup good-quality filter coffee
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 small bananas, sliced

Method


  • In bowl, mix together Oats+Chia, hot coffee and almond milk.
  • Add a little hot water if mixture is too thick to achieve smooth consistency.
  • Add walnuts to small bowl and coat in maple syrup.
  • Heat small frying pan to medium heat and fry syrup-coated walnuts for 4 mins or until golden in colour.
  • To assemble breakfast parfait, add Oats+Chia mix, banana and walnuts in layers into serving glasses until full.
  • Serve immediately.
