Hereditary fructose intolerance

This condition is characterised by an inability to digest fructose, the sugar found in naturally in fruits.

Symptoms: abdominal pain, vomiting, dehydration, extreme thirst, low blood glucose, convulsions, excessive urination and sweating, loss of appetite and stunted growth.
