Tourette syndrome

This is an inherited neurological disorder distinguished by repeated involuntary movements and uncontrolled vocal sounds. This can include eye-blinking, head-jerking, neck-stretching, body twisting, throat-clearing, coughing, sniffing, grunting, shouting and biting. In some cases it includes the compulsive use of inappropriate and rude words.
