Hyperimmunoglobulin E syndrome (Job syndrome)

Job syndrome is an immunodeficiency characterised by bacterial infection of the skin and elevated levels of immunoglobulin E. The staphylococcal infection can involve the lungs and joints. Other signs of allergies such as eczema and asthma are also present.
