Thought Field Therapy
Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is a technique for relieving emotional pain. A simple tapping therapy, it works on the body’s energy meridians. TFT works on the idea that traumatic experiences create ‘perturbations’, or imbalances in the body’s energy flow. Sequences of tappings (‘algorithms’) are used to access energy pathways, removing emotional distress at its source. TFT aims to release the effects of grief, sadness, fears, phobias, addictions, traumas, anger, guilt, depression, anxiety/stress, and panic attacks.
It Deals with negative childhood programming and traumas that affect adult behaviours and lives.
