Body Mind Connection Energy And Chakras A Brief Study

Body mind connection, energy and chakras – a brief study

Body mind connection exists energetically through all the chakras as an integral part of our being. Chakra means wheel and the wheel spins. The wheels are internal energies in your body which serve to supply energy and health to your whole body on many different levels. There are seven chakras that are the main energy centres for your body. For energy to run freely through your body all of your chakras need to be open which creates harmony between the physical body, mind, and spirit.

What causes body mind connection issues?

Firstly it is important to know that when you are unwell the chakras are not working properly so you may need healing from an expert who can put them back into balance for you. Your own hang-ups and negativity can put them out of balance, as can upsets in your life. Since life has its ups and downs it is a great idea to balance your energy on a regular basis. Either learn to do it yourself or visit a professional who can help you in these areas.

How do the chakras develop?

The chakras develop in certain stages in our lives and depending on what type of lifestyle we have. Of course there are always souls that develop faster than the ‘text book’ recommendations. So this is just a guideline about the study of your chakras for people on a spiritual path. The development of your chakras, your spiritual growth, and your emotional intelligence are all linked to your state of balance. Our lives may not be perfect but in our soul state we are all perfect beings.

When energy translates on a physical, mental or emotional level there may be many ‘flaws’ which people perceive but this does not mean that if someone is physically incapacitated in some way they are also incapacitated spiritually. Their spiritual capacities may be awesome despite some physical incapacities and that is the reason why there can be no ‘judgements’ on a spiritual level because the bottom line is that the person judging is in turn being judged for doing so. By something far greater than the human mind.
