Fibre, fibre, fibre! A daily intake of fibre matched by plenty of H2O will keep you really regular and that’s the foundation of good health. If you’re not pooing most days, waste is building up inside you and that’s not good for your health. Lots of fruit, seeds and grains will set things in motion in your gastrointestinal tract. With the availability of these ingredients now in healthfood stores, co-ops and supermarkets, you can create your own amazing mixes and experiment with different combinations to suit your taste.

Mix muesli ingredients together and store in an air-tight container.
Can be eaten with various milks, yoghurts, juices or dry. Serves at least 4
