Ingredients
- 1 tsp celery seeds, whole
- 2 cups filtered water, boiling
- 1 tsp honey (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 slice fresh ginger or a squeeze of lemon (optional, for added flavour & immune support)
Method
- Crush the celery seeds slightly using a mortar and pestle or the back of a spoon to release their oils.
- Place the crushed seeds in a tea infuser or directly in a heatproof mug.
- Pour the boiling water over the seeds and let steep for 10-20 mins.
- Strain if needed.
- Add honey, ginger or lemon if desired.
