Fried Chicken Wings with Sweet Chilli Sauce
Golden fried chicken wings are marinated in soy and oyster sauce, then tossed in sweet chilli sauce with garlic and onion. This crowd-pleasing recipe has just the right balance of heat and sweetness.

Ingredients
- 10 chicken wings, cut lengthwise
- 15g cornstarch
- 1-2 tbsp oil
- 30g grated garlic, approx. 4-5 cloves
- 15g grated onion, approx. 1 onion
- 60g Pearl River Bridge Sweet Chilli Sauce, to taste
- White sesame seeds, to garnish
- Marinade
- 3 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Premium Seasoning Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Pearl River Bridge Oyster Flavoured Sauce
- 1 tsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Dark Soy Sauce
- 5g Pearl River Bridge MSG
- Salt, pepper & sugar, to taste
Method
- Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place chicken in bowl, mix well, then coat with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken wings on low heat on both sides until golden brown. Set aside.
- Add more oil to pan and sauté grated onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Return wings to pan, add Sweet Chilli Sauce, then stir well.
- Sprinkle with white sesame to garnish and serve immediately.
