Golden Milk Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- ½ cup GF Rolled Oats
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp ginger
- Pinch black pepper
Method
- Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl of choice, mixing well. Refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hrs)
- Serve cool straight from the fridge, or alternatively you can pop them into a saucepan and heat until just warmed through.
- Add toppings of choice, such as fruit, dried fruit, granola, coconut yoghurt, cinnamon, nuts and seeds.
