Ingredients

  • ½ cup GF Rolled Oats
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • Pinch black pepper

Method


  • Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl of choice, mixing well. Refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hrs)
  • Serve cool straight from the fridge, or alternatively you can pop them into a saucepan and heat until just warmed through.
  • Add toppings of choice, such as fruit, dried fruit, granola, coconut yoghurt, cinnamon, nuts and seeds.
