Lunchbox Protein Bliss Balls

Spirit Dust is vegan-friendly, gluten-free, additive-free, chemical-free, produced under environmentally friendly conditions and contains no sugar, so you can be assured these bliss balls will not only be a favourite in the lunchbox as a tasty and filling addition, but they are also a healthy choice.

  • 1 cup figs, soaked overnight
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup Organic Merchant Spirit Dust
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup fermented rice protein powder
  • Pinch salt


  • Separate figs from the liquid by straining them. Reserve the liquid for later.
  • Combine figs, sunflower seeds, Organic Merchant Spirit Dust, vanilla, protein powder and salt in a food processer until crumbly.
  • If the mix is not soft enough (it should stick together when pressed), add a little more of the fig liquid.
  • Take a spoon of the mix and roll into balls using your hands. Coat in coconut flakes or another ingredient if you wish.
  • Store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
