Oat, Mango, Banana and Coconut Bowl Recipe

In summer I like to eat my oats chilled and topped with summer fruits, but in winter I have them warm. Oats are a great breakfast if you have heart disease as they lower cholesterol and are perfect after a morning run or swim.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked oats, chilled in fridge overnight
  • 1 cup raw muesli
  • 1 mango
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 4 tbsp of ground flaxseeds

Method


  • Divide cooked chilled oats into 4 bowls and top with raw muesli, mango, banana, coconut and ground flaxseeds.
