Steamed Sticky Rice Meat Balls
Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your favourite Asian snacks, or add it to stir-fries

Ingredients
- 200g minced pork
 - 150g sticky rice
 - 450mL water
 - 10g garlic, chopped
 - 10g ginger, chopped
 - 1 egg
 - 2 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Golden Label
 - Superior Light Soy Sauce
 - 2 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Top Grade Oyster
 - Flavoured Sauce
 - 1 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Dark Soy Sauce
 - 1 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Seasoning Wine
 - 10g cornstarch
 - Salt, to taste
 - Sugar, to taste
 - Pepper, to taste
 
Method
- Soak the sticky rice in 450mL of water for 4 hours.
 - Mix minced pork with all other ingredients and seasoning except for the sticky rice.
 - Squeeze the meat into 3cm balls.
 - Apply the sticky rice on the surface of the meat balls evenly. Place in a flat container.
 - Steam the meat balls for 20 mins.
 - Serve.
