Stewed Chicken with Chestnuts

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast, chopped
  • 2 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Golden
  • Label Superior Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE
  • Kwangtung Cooking Wine
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • 500g chestnuts, peeled
  • A few ginger slices
  • 3 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE
  • Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 shallot, sliced, to serve

Method


  • Marinate chicken for 1 hour.
  • Boil chestnuts over a low heat for 20 mins.
  • Fry the ginger slices for a while, add the chopped chicken and stir for 2 mins. Add the cooked chestnuts and stir. Add PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Oyster Flavoured Sauce and some water. Simmer over a low heat for 15 mins until all sauce is absorbed.
  • Add shallots, mix well and serve.
