Sugar-Free Jam Pudding

Sugar-Free Jam Pudding

This recipe is similar to a steamed pudding but faster and easier. I’ve made this version sugar-free but I don’t think anyone would mind.

  • ¼ cup stevia-sweetened raspberry jam
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 20g softened butter
  • ¾ cup baking monk fruit
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg


  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Grease a pie dish very well.
  • Place a layer of your chosen jam in the bottom of the pie dish.
  • Mix all of the other ingredients together and pour into the dish.
  • Bake for 30 mins.
  • Turn out onto a plate to serve.
  • Serve piled with fresh raspberries and with thick cream.
