not getting enough of this versatile and delicious family of veggies.

Ingredients
- Handful baby spinach or lettuce
- 2 leaves kale, stalk cut out & leaves cut into small pieces
- 1 green pear
- ½ green apple
- ½ large avocado
- ½ cucumber
- Juice 1 lemon
- ½ bunch parsley or mint
- 2 stalks celery
- ½ cup coconut water or fi ltered water
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until well combined.
- Add more water for thinner consistency.
- Pour into a glass, add ice and enjoy.
- Tip: Supercharge your smoothie with 1 tbsp chia or hemp seeds or 1 tsp spirulina.
