Ingredients

  • 2 jalapeño chillies, chopped into small chunks
  • ½ cup olive oil

Method


  • Gently fry the jalapeño, being careful not to burn the chillies. Let them gently toast until you feel a slight crunch.
  • Allow to cool before serving.
