Toasted Jalapeño Oil
It makes for a great final condiment to drizzle over the tacos as a final touch.

Ingredients
- 2 jalapeño chillies, chopped into small chunks
- ½ cup olive oil
Method
- Gently fry the jalapeño, being careful not to burn the chillies. Let them gently toast until you feel a slight crunch.
- Allow to cool before serving.
