These tasty savoury parcels are ideal for using leftovers from your roast organic chicken. Cranberry sauce is loaded with antioxidants and vitamin C. Chicken contains tryptophan, an important amino acid that is required for serotonin and melatonin production. These neurotransmitters make us feel calm and happy and promote a better night’s sleep. Choose an organic chicken that is free from hormones, antibiotics or feed containing chemicals, pesticides or herbicides. Chicken is also a good source of zinc, which is vital for reproductive health and to promote good fertility.
