Q. Share some insights with the audience on the brand story.
Multi-Gyn was established in 1996 as a vaginal self-care brand and an effective natural alternative to antibiotics, offering prescription-free
solutions for common intimate health concerns such as odour, itching, discharge and dryness.
Today, Multi-Gyn plays an important role in supporting women across different life stages, including menopause — a time when intimate health concerns such as vaginal dryness and irritation become increasingly common.
As part of the GenM collective, Multi-Gyn is proud to be MTick-certified — the universal menopause-friendly symbol — helping bring greater visibility, trust and accessibility to products that support women through menopause. Q. If a consumer was new to your brand, what product in your range should they start with and why?
It really depends on a woman’s individual needs, as Multi-Gyn offers a complete range covering all intimate health needs — from effective and fast-acting treatments to daily care and support.
For example, Multi-Gyn Active Gel is ideal for women experiencing signs such as thin greyish discharge, fishy odour, soreness or who are
looking to restore balance and to reduce odour and discharge. Multi-Gyn FloraPlus is ideal for women experiencing signs of burning, itching, irritation and white, crumbly discharge, and lastly Multi-Gyn Calming Cream is a soothing, moisturising cream to protect dry and irritated skin in the external vaginal area.

Q. What is one of the highlights of your brand journey to date?
A defining highlight of our journey has been building Multi-Gyn into a globally trusted, science-led brand that empowers women to take
control of their intimate health. By offering plant-based, prescription-free solutions, we’ve helped millions of women access fast, effective relief while also normalising conversations around often overlooked conditions.
More recently, joining the GenM collective and supporting the rollout of the MTick in Australia has been a meaningful step forward in our
purpose. By improving visibility and education around menopause in-store and online — in close partnership with leading pharmacy networks — we are making it easier for women to better understand their intimate health, find trusted solutions, and feel informed and supported in their health journey.
