Kangaroo Salad Wraps with Cabbage & Fennel Slaw
Kangaroo sizzle steaks, which are lean, flavourful and cook in two minutes make a quick, next-day lunch using either store-bought or homemade soft wraps and paired with a fresh slaw.

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cabbage, shredded
- 1 fennel, shredded
- 1 red onion, sliced thinly
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- Salt & pepper
- 4 wraps
- 4 slices of cooked kangaroo (from Kangaroo Steak with Mash recipe)
- 1 bunch coriander
Method
- 1. Place cabbage, fennel, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl and toss to combine.
- Spoon the slaw into the middle of the wraps, top with cold kangaroo steaks and garnish with coriander.
- Fold the wraps to enclose the filling and serve.
