Natural Cold And Flu Elixir

Natural Cold And Flu Elixir

This is the type of elixir you can sip on every single day! I like to make a big serving of this recipe and leave it in the fridge. Just bring it back to room temperature before drinking to make it easier for the body to assimilate, and to soothe a sore or congested throat.
