Make your own muesli bars with Brookfarm’s best-selling Toasted Muesli Macadamia Cranberry. These simple no-bake bars make the perfect brekky on-the-go or mid-morning snack.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ cup nut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3½ cups Toasted Muesli Macadamia Cranberry

Method


  • Combine the maple syrup, nut butter and vanilla essence in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously. Once combined, remove from heat and set aside.
  • Place the Toasted Muesli Macadamia Cranberry in a large mixing bowl and mix through the nut butter mixture.
  • Transfer to a small baking dish lined with baking paper and press down firmly until uniformly flattened.
  • Cover with baking paper and place in the freezer for 15–20 mins.
  • Once set, chop into 10 even bars. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
