These fast and fabulous snacks can be put together in under one minute. They are full of healthy fats, protein and minerals from the ABC (almond, Brazil nut and cashew) butter, along with fibre and natural sweetness from the dates.
- 6 Medjool dates
- 1 tbsp ABC butter
- Sea salt flakes
- Cut the dates in half lengthways and remove the pip.
- Dollop ½ tsp of ABC butter into the cavity of each date and then sprinkle with pinch sea salt.
- Tip: These can be made in advance and refrigerated in a covered container. Just omit the salt until serving.
