Ingredients

  • 150g packet CORN THINS® slices
  • 30g peanuts
  • 150g pitted dates
  • 150g natural peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp boiling water
  • Crushed peanuts for dusting

Method


  • Place the CORN THINS® slices into a food processor and blend until a crumb consistency. Add the peanuts, peanut butter, dates and honey and pulse until combined.
  • Add the water and pulse until mixture is well combined.
  • Place the mixture into a mixing bowl. Wet your hands then make small 30g balls and roll through the crushed peanuts to create a dusting.
  • Place the balls on a tray and put into fridge to set for around 20 mins.
