Ingredients

  • 500g prawns, with shell on Oil, for frying
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp sliced spring onion
  • 1 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Superior cooking wine
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Premium Seasoning Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp Pearl River Bridge Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Shiwan Cooking Wine

Method


  • Trim prawns and remove vein.
  • Fry prawns in oil until cooked through and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add more oil and sauté ginger and spring onion. Add prawns to the pan again and mix well.
  • Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl then add to the pan. Bring to a boil until sauce is absorbed.
  • Garnish with parsley, dish up and serve.
