Stir-Fried Prawns with Soy Sauce

Ingredients
- 500g prawns, with shell on Oil, for frying
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sliced spring onion
- 1 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Superior cooking wine
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Premium Seasoning Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp Pearl River Bridge Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Shiwan Cooking Wine
Method
- Trim prawns and remove vein.
- Fry prawns in oil until cooked through and set aside.
- In the same pan, add more oil and sauté ginger and spring onion. Add prawns to the pan again and mix well.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl then add to the pan. Bring to a boil until sauce is absorbed.
- Garnish with parsley, dish up and serve.
