Lisa’s Chocolate Bounty Bars

Chocolate Bounty Bars

Dark chocolate contains powerful antioxidants called phenols that offer protection against cardiovascular disease. Dates are a good source of iron, needed for red blood-cell production to transport oxygen around the body, and for healthy energy levels and muscle function. Nuts are a great source of protein, vitamin E and healthy unsaturated fats, to support good heart health, and zinc for strong immunity.
