This different take on “fish & chips” is ideal for your next dinner party. Sardines are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals and low in heavy metals, making them one of the best fish options to eat.
This salmon tartare is a little bit fancy but easy to make and extremely delicious. The raw salmon is coated in a home-made mayonnaise mixed through with lemon, spring onion, capers and fresh parsley.
The inspiration for this dish comes from supporting my friend Simon Favorito at events where he’s the head chef. He often pairs simply cooked fish with a delicious purée that always presents beautifully and tastes amazing.
