

June's definition of yoga is that "it's not about learning to stand on your head, but learning to stand on your own two feet". June has had extensive training in all styles of yoga and her classes reflect her awareness of alignment and breathing whilst working with the postures.
The classes are very popular and it is recommended that a booking is made to secure a place. June has also attended conferences and workshosp within Australia and overseas and is extremely well respected and known within yoga circles.
